In April 2022, Hyundai officially introduced the Hyundai Palisade facelift at the New York International Motor Show, featuring exterior and interior updates to enhance its luxury and sophistication, as well as added safety features for a more comfortable driving experience.

The Hyundai Palisade boasts extra width and length, measuring precisely 4,980 mm long, 1,975 mm wide, and 1,750 mm high. The 2023 model presents a refreshed exterior, with a new grille design, updated main headlamp design, and integrated DRL (Daytime Running Lights) resembling the design found in the Hyundai Creta. The bumper has also been redesigned to harmonize with the grille. Additionally, the new Hyundai Palisade model comes with new multi-spoke wheels and auto-dimming side mirrors. Inside the vehicle, significant changes have been made, including a new instrument panel and audio interface design. The steering wheel has been redesigned, and the seat materials have been updated. The latest head unit is now 12.3 inches, a considerable upgrade from the previous 8-inch size.

Notably, the 2023 Hyundai Palisade features a Rear Seat Passenger Talk mode, facilitating communication between the driver and rear passengers. Moreover, the vehicle is equipped with Hyundai Bluelink connectivity technology, providing essential information about the car and connecting to Hyundai's call center for emergency assistance. The Bluelink feature can also prevent theft by notifying the owner of the car's position and allowing them to remotely disable the engine via the call center. In addition to starting the engine, users can activate the AC to adjust cabin temperature through the Hyundai Bluelink app, up to 2-10 minutes before entering the car. The engine delivers maximum power of 200 PS at 3,800 rpm and peak torque of 440 Nm at 1,750 - 2,750 rpm when using EU4 fuel. With Bio Diesel, the engine generates 291 horsepower, providing adequate acceleration for a vehicle of this kind. All Palisade models come standard with transmission cooling, pre-wiring for trailers, and sway control. The top variant features a 2199cc Diesel engine, capable of producing up to 197 horsepower and 440 Nm of peak torque. The Palisade Signature AWD, with a 7-passenger capacity, is also equipped with an 8-speed automatic transmission and safety features such as Anti-Theft Device & Power Door Locks.

The 2023 Hyundai Palisade has undergone improvements in handling, transmission, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance. It is available in five color options: Creamy White Pearl, Moonlight Blue Pearl, Graphite Gray Metallic, Abyss Black Pearl, and Shimmering Silver Metallic. The interior color options are Black Monotone, Black and Burgundy, and Navy and Warm Grey. The Palisade starts at $65,900 (MLP) and was launched locally in August 2022. The 2023 Hyundai Palisade comes in four types: Hyundai Palisade Elite 3.8 V6 FWD, Hyundai Palisade Elite 2.2D AWD, Hyundai Palisade Highlander 3.8 V6 FWD, and Hyundai Palisade Highlander 2.2D AWD. Estimated prices for the 2023 Hyundai Palisade will see an increase of approximately $3,700 to $4,200 or around Rp 50 million to Rp 65 million, depending on the selected model variant. This is due to significant changes in the front design and added features in the cabin.
