Suzuki S-Presso Complete Review

Suzuki will continue to monitor trends in emerging markets. Car buyers are now younger and PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) has ordered a product called Suzuki S-PRESSO as a product for young people.

Suzuki S-PRESSO 2022 Targets Young People

The shot was imported from India. There are a number of specific reasons the Suzuki S-PRESSO may or may not be assembled in Indonesia. First, SIS would like to know in advance the market potential of this car. Second, Suzuki is more focused on building the Ertiga, APV, Carry and XL7. However, there is no chance that this product will make him CKD later. It's time for me to review his 2022 Suzuki S-PRESSO. How tempting is it and can the recipe attract the interest of young buyers as a target? Let's take a look at the following reviews.

Suzuki S-Presso

Suzuki S Presso Front View

The front exterior of the Suzuki S-PRESSO is thick with an SUV halo. This can be seen through the combination of a front grille and four trim accents that make it look like Suzuki's flagship compact SUV, the Jimny.

The large air dam at the bottom of the grill is also unified in black for a more macho impression. Unfortunately, borrowed headlight bulbs still stick to regular bulbs, not LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes).

On the outside, the front and rear fenders on the sides of the doors are fitted with black trim. Unfortunately the rearview mirrors are not yet electric, but body-coloured mirror caps also brighten the side exteriors.

The rear has a black bumper that leaves a macho impression. There is no rear wiper, but this car has an anti-condensation switch on the rear window. Another disappointment is that this tailgate does not have an external handle to open the door from the outside.

Suzuki S-Presso Interior 2022

The seats are a little stiff, but the spacious cabin makes up for it. But what we are proud of is the comfort of the front and rear cabins. Rear seat stiffness is comparable when compared to competitors such as the Daihatsu Aira, Toyota Agea and Honda Brio.

The steering of the Suzuki S-Presso uses an electric steering that makes the steering wheel feel light, so it feels light when you turn the steering wheel. Helpful when you want to stand up.

The steering wheel looks very sturdy. This steering wheel does not have low height or reach (forward to rearward) adjustment. The seating position itself feels a little higher, giving it the characteristics of a reliable urban compact SUV.

Instrument panel without engine speed indicator. The S-PRESSO instrument panel does not have a tachometer that monitors engine speed. However, it still has a fuel gauge, digital odometer, average fuel consumption and real-time fuel consumption.

The central placement of the instrument panel is reminiscent of the original Toyota Vios and Toyota Yaris. This makes it easy to monitor the dashboards of both the driver and all passengers.

Modern dashboard layout. The dashboard design looks modern, with silver accents on the air-conditioning grille and center console, giving it a quintessentially modern look for youngsters. Oh yeah, what we love is that it has lots of storage space both closed and open.

In-car Entertainment System

Young people love to listen to music on the way. Fortunately, the 2022 Suzuki S-Presso is equipped with a 6.8-inch touchscreen head unit capable of playing current music formats, from MP3 to Bluetooth connectivity.

The main unit uses a touch panel. The acoustic performance of his four speakers in this car also sounds understated. Our advice after purchasing this car is to upgrade the sound by adding mufflers throughout the cabin as well as adding power and replacing the speakers with better quality ones.

In terms of security, the Suzuki S-Presso is equipped with dual SRS airbags, ABS (anti-lock braking system), rear parking sensors and the HEARTECT platform.

Safety features are sufficient. The HEARTECT platform makes this vehicle lightweight and robust, yet highly maneuverable.

The 150 million IDR used car already offers more than that. Like his younger brother Suzuki Ignis Type GX or his second case GL, it has a myriad of interesting features and higher class. However, Suzuki S-PRESSO can be restored in a new state. Our advice is that you have nothing to lose if you insist on buying a 2022 Suzuki S Presso.
